ZLC 421 Zero Language Controller (RLWS)

The new ZLC 421 provides all the flexibility of a programmable indicator/controller without requiring the operator to know any programming language, hence the name ZLC (Zero Language Controller). With the new ZLC, batching has never been easier. Running on a Windows 95/98/NT industrial PC for industrial environments, this controller gets you up and running in a flash. It features multiple scale support with up to 288 digital input/output points, data collection, and reporting.

ATS-2 Automated Truck Scale System (RLWS)

From the platform, to the invoice, to account management, the ATS-2 automated truck scale system is the ultimate solution for your unattended outdoor truck scale needs. A Pentium® PC and our TransAct data management software make setting up the operation a snap, and the 40-column internal kiosk printer provides driver tickets. The ATS-2 system also includes an IQ plus® 810 digital indicator for accurate weighments, controls for traffic lights, a tough vandal-proof numeric keypad for data entry, an industrial bar code badge scanner, and an easy-to-read 4 x 20 VFD display for operator prompting.

Custom designed to meet the needs of specific operations, each system is packed with advanced features and a full range of options for quick and accurate weighment. The IMC-1 accommodates products from 10 lb to 120 lb, and 24" wide to 5'6" long at speeds of up to 200' per minute.
